MAY 15, 2021 COST INCREASE

I hope everyone is continuing to stay safe.

Things are busy on the window glass front as I have been handing out my "pre-season sale" flyers (30% off), and gear up for the busier summer season.

Sadly however, on May 15th I received notice that effective immediately, the price of glass that I pay to my supplier is increasing.

As a result, I unfortunately have to implement a 10% cost increase across the board.

Worse, there is talk of another price increase later this summer. As you may have seen in the news, glass is not the only supply being hit with price increases. Pretty much all construction and building materials (like wood) are experiencing major price increases (the price of lumber has almost tripled since April 2019).

Even with the increase however, replacing just the glass remains a great value. According to homeadvisor.com the average cost to replace a window is now $750 while the average cost to replace just the glass is $210.

That being said, if you are interested in replacing your glass, sooner is better than later more than ever if you want to take advantage ofthe 30% off pre-season sale!

In these challenging times I will continue to do my best to keep the costs down, and make sure that I live up to my promise to you "A great product, at a great price, with great and safe service".

Stay safe.
